Who can order from Complete Office Chairs?
Whether you are looking to buy a single chair for your home office, or are looking to supply your company offices with new seating solutions, we can help. However, we can only accept and deliver orders from within the UK, we apologise for any inconvenience. Our products are listed at price excluding VAT however this will be added for you at the checkout.
How do I order from Complete Office Chairs?
It couldn't be easier. You can place your order in the following ways:

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit or debit card online.

Please note, payment will need to be taken as soon as your order is received - we have to do this so we can get your order moving. If there are any problems with your card, one of our sales team will call you.
How long will my order take?
The delivery items of each product should be listed on the product page however these delivery times are given as a guide.
When will my delivery be made?
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. We will usually contact you 1-2 days before delivery to ensure you will be available to receive the order. It is therefore vitally important that you supply us with the best number or method to contact you on when you place your order with us.

Where do you deliver?
We can only deliver items within the UK. FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK Mainland, orders placed outside this area may incur added charges. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed.
Can you deliver to any floor in my building?
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices.
If delivery is to another floor, an optional installation fee may apply. If you are concerned about this, please do not hesitate to call our office on 01622 758027 as we can usually get you a price for this.
What if I have a problem with my order?
We know that from time to time, things don't go 100% to plan. However, should there be a problem with your order, we will aim to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on every step of the process. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01622 758027.
We use couriers for many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to 01622 758027 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. We may require you to attach a photo of the damage to an email which will need to be sent to the customer services representative dealing with the issue.
Can you install my items?
Many of our chairs are delivered fully assembled, however if you would like to purchase a chair that requires assembly, we can offer installation however this may be at an added cost. If you are worried about this feel free to contact the office on 01622 758027 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this further at time of order placement.
Is there a warranty/guarantee on the goods?
YES – All new products come with a manufacturers guarantee ranging between 2-10 years depending on the product.
